How to raise a request for return & exchange

How exchanges work
Eligibility for returns & exchanges
Eligibility period: All requests for returns and exchanges need to be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Product(s) that have been stitched or customised for you (eg. fall/pico, pre-draping, alteration or blouse stitching) will not be eligible for return & exchange
Product condition: Product(s) being returned should be in original condition along with all tags intact.
Free gifts: In case you decide to return an order (in part of in full) which had a free gift included with it, we would require you to return the gift item as well in order to complete the return and refund request
Didn’t like the quality: We offer no-questions-asked returns and exchanges if you are not happy with the quality of the product(s) that you have received. Make sure that product is in original condition with all tags intact, and request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Didn’t like the look: We offer no-questions-asked returns and exchanges if you are not happy with the design or appearance of the product(s) that you have received. Make sure that product is in original condition with all tags intact, and request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
Received missing or incorrect product(s): In case you want to raise a return request for missing or incorrect product(s), we would require you to include a photo/ video of the incorrect product received along with an unboxing video
Refund & replacement process
Return/ exchange request: Once you raise the request as per the above policies, we will arrange for a return pickup
Return pickup charges: There are no charges for return pickup within India
Return pickup process: Our logistics partner will pickup the goods from your delivery address
Replacement product (in case of exchange): Upon successful pickup, replacement product(s) will be shipped from our warehouse
Refund (in case of return): Upon delivery of product(s) to our warehouse, we will be conduct a quality check and process your refund within 24 hours.
